Snapshots & Patch Notes

Create snapshots to save the current state of all items, bosses, and quests. Then generate patch notes comparing any two snapshots (or a snapshot vs current state).

Patch notes are generated in Markdown with:

  • Human-readable attribute names (not raw codes)
  • Percentage display for percentage attributes
  • Item names instead of raw IDs
  • Boss HP change detection (buffed/nerfed)
  • New/removed/modified quest tracking

Controls:

  • Copy — Copy markdown to clipboard
  • Save .md — Save to file in .snapshots/ folder

Validation

The Welcome page runs automatic validation on load:

  • Duplicate item/quest IDs
  • Missing localization keys (cross-locale comparison)
  • Broken references (quest IDs in NPC configs that don't exist)
  • Items without attributes
  • Missing predecessors

Missing keys are listed with their source entity, and can be copied to clipboard for batch creation.
